Three people were personally injured and in critical condition after a speeding car crashed into a parked car on the south side of Chicago. This caused a chain reaction that led to a car fire and damaged two nearby businesses. The car accident happened when a Honda Civic struck a Buick LeSabre parked at 5608 W. 63rd St. The driver of the vehicle and his two passengers were hospitalized with personal injuries. The driver was cited for failure to reduce speed and for operating an uninsured vehicle following the car accident. At this time, no personal injury lawsuits have been filed.
