An 8-year-old boy was killed and his brother and uncle personally injured when the SUV they were in struck a Chicago building. An SUV crashed into a building on the 4500 block of West Bryn Mawr Avenue. The 8-year-old boy was ejected from the automobile and was pronounced dead at the hospital. The man driving the SUV was taken to the hospital with personal injuries. Additionally the 12-year-old passenger was taken to a hospital with personal injuries. Sources said that the children were in the back seat when the driver, who was their uncle, struck a residential building. The driver was in police custody, but no charges had been filed.
