Fatal Accident May Have Been Caused by Alcohol

A fatal car accident that occurred last Sunday left one man dead. The driver of the other vehicle is in custody and is cooperating and is believed to have been under the influence of alcohol when the fatal accident occurred. No official charges have been made as of now but the police chief said that the driver had a blood alcohol level that was twice the legal limit.
