A man driving a stolen van was killed when he caused an automobile accident after blowing a stop sign and colliding with another vehicle. The two-vehicle crash occurred on the South Side of Chicago, Illinois. The driver was pronounced dead on the side. The van failed to stop at a stop sign and struck the passenger side of another vehicle in the car crash. The automobile collision caused the van to roll over, partially ejecting the driver. The passenger in the struck automobile was taken to the hospital with personal injuries. While the police continue to investigate the automobile accident, no personal injury lawsuits have been filed.
