Multi-vehicle Accident in Suburban Chicago Leaves One Dead

On April 6, an accident in Oswego, IL, killed one driver and injured four other people. According to an article in the Aurora Beacon News, snow covering a traffic light may have been to blame for the accident. The victim’s car crashed into a southbound pick-up truck as she attempted to turn northbound at an intersection. Her passenger was taken to Rush-Copley Medical Center where he is listed in serious condition. The three other people injured in the car accident were also taken to the Aurora hospital but later released. Police continue to investigate the cause of the accident.
