St. Clair Car Accident May Be Caused by Victim’s Heart Attack

A car accident involving four vehicles, may have been caused by one of the drivers having a heart attack and then crashing into the back of the car in front of him. According to BND, the Illinois police now believe that the driver that caused the Interstate 55/70 St. Clair County car accident may have had a heart attack and died prior to the accident, in turn causing him to lose control of the car and crash into another vehicle.
