Fatal Car Accident on South Side

Early on the morning of June 7th, one person was killed and two others were hurt on the South Side of Chicago when the car they were all in struck a light pole. This fatal accident occurred a little after midnight and the driver was ticketed with failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident, driving without insurance, driving without a license, negligent driving and having a passenger riding in the vehicle without a seat belt. One of the victims in this fatal car crash was pronounced dead on the scene and one other victim is reported to be in critical condition and the last passenger is in stable condition.
