Charges Made In Fatal Chicago Motorcycle Accident

Charges have been made against a man involved in a car accident that occurred last Thursday, June 11th that left one motorcyclist dead. The car accident occurred in South Chicago Heights and occurred when a passenger car was trying to make a left into a gas station and was hit my a motorcycle. The motorcyclist was not wearing a helmet and is believed to have been dead on the scene of the crime. The passenger in the car was inured as well and taken to a local hospital for treatment of her personal injuries. The driver of the car has been charged with reckless homicide and may face additional charges when the results of blood and urine test are back.
