In the early morning of March 28, two car accidents occurred on the Dan Ryan Expressway in Chicago. The first accident left one person dead and three others injured. The first accident occurred when a car carrying four people flipped over a wall along the expressway. The driver of this vehicle was killed in the accident. Three other people were taken to local hospitals. According to a witness, the car was traveling at very high speeds before the accident.
Shortly after, a second car accident occurred. An intoxicated driver crashed into a fire truck that was called to the scene of the first accident. One firefighter suffered minor injuries and the driver was arrested for drunk driving.To read the full account of these car accidents follow the link.
